Senior Project Completion Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement Nitrogen/Helium (N2/He) test procedures and test packs for designated systems.
• Coordinate and supervise N2/He testing crews, including third-party contractors and technicians.
• Plan and execute N2 pressure tests and Helium leak detection activities in sequence with construction and mechanical completion.
• Define test boundaries, including temporary blinds and isolation requirements.
• Manage and document all test results, records, and punch items in completion systems.
• Ensure all test equipment is calibrated, certified, and available prior to execution.
• Provide leadership to maintain a high focus on health, safety, and the environment.
• Ensure the safe depressurization, purging, and restoration of systems following completed tests.
