Senior Project Architect

BKV Group seeks a Senior Project Architect with 10+ years’ related experience to join us remotely based in Orlando, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity within BKV to work closely with the local Project Manager to establish the Orlando, FL practice site, while supporting existing clients and projects and collaborating with all disciplines as part of the greater Washington, DC team. Ideally, we are looking for a well-rounded, licensed architect who has experience in all aspects of the design and documentation for a variety of Multi-family Housing projects (Market-Rate, Affordable, Student Housing and/or Senior Living). • Work closely with the DC Development Managing Partner and Orlando Project Manager to lead the design and technical documentation for projects.
