Senior Project Analyst

Job Description

Submarine Publications is looking for an experienced project analyst to coordinate revisions to technical manuals to be used by Naval personnel. This position will drive improvement, process commonality among the publishing project teams, and promote a cooperative team atmosphere. Job responsibilities include:

• Plan, schedule, and track technical manual revisions from conception through distribution using local and integrated schedules
• Coordinate publishing in paper and electronic formats (for example, HTML and PDF formats)
• Team with publications manager, engineering, and technical editors to establish priorities for project deliverables while ensuring that quality and timeliness goals are met
• Develops and manages the risk management plan, reporting status of risk and recommending risk response strategies
