Senior Program Manager - Strategic Programs (Agriculture)

We are looking for a Senior Manager to architect the national scale-up of one of India’s most successful regenerative agriculture programs. Currently at a critical inflection point , the program has proven its model and is now ready to expand.

The Role:

You are the bridge between the boardroom and the field. You will be seconded to our partner’s Mumbai headquarters to lead a high-velocity diagnostic and design the organizational engine for a state-wide expansion.

• Design the Blueprint: You aren’t just managing a program; you are building the organizational architecture (hiring plans, delivery models, and tech stacks) required to support tens of thousands of farmers.
• High-Stakes Stewardship: You will be the primary point of contact for a ‘who’s who‘ of stakeholders, from global philanthropic officers (Gates Foundation)
