Job Description
Lead end-to-end delivery of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
Manage multiple system integrators and technology partners
Own program governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Ensure quality and alignment across business and technical teams
Provide clear updates to leadership and drive accountability
What you must have:
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
Hands-on CRM + CDP integration experience (e.g., BlueConic, Tealium, Segment, Adobe RT-CDP)
Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs, ETL pipelines, and integration architecture
Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs with multiple vendors
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
