Senior Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large, critical CIAM transformation program within a complex Telco environment. The program spans multiple delivery streams and is supported by Project Managers, requiring strong program-level governance, dependency management, and executive engagement.

This role is accountable for end-to-end program outcomes, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant Identification and Authentication capabilities that support customer experience, regulatory obligations, and business growth.

The Senior Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large, business-critical CIAM program, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and benefits.
