**Overview**

Program Management Analyst (VOPS-2026-):

Bowhead is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Senior Program Management Analyst** to provide comprehensive programmatic, analytical, and strategic support for the Sites Planning Agent and the Aegis, Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), and Surface Training Programs.


This position is 100% on-site





**Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will have a background in Department of the Navy (DoN) program management, and combat systems (specifically AEGIS and SSDS), and surface warfare training lab development requirements. This role will act as a critical liaison connecting facility planning, training program development, and operational readiness to ensure that Navy surface warfighters are equipped with the skills and infrastructure necessary to maintain, operate, and tactically employ advanced combat systems.
