• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Penang market, providing immediate response and local presence to secure deals and hand‑hold partners through the sales cycle.
• Integrated solution design by identifying and analyzing customer requirements to design holistic enterprise proposals that align with their business needs, moving beyond individual product silos.
• Execute consultative communication to manage extended sales cycles, deliver high‑impact technical advice, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POC).
