Who we are looking for Product Owner with 3-5+ years of experience in building and managing digital products, ideally in financial or operational domains. You have strong analytical and product-thinking skills, can translate business needs into clear product requirements, and feel comfortable collaborating with engineering and finance teams. Experience in cost accounting or financial operations is a strong plus. You communicate confidently in English and Ukrainian and are motivated to grow in a complex, data‑heavy environment. Nice to have: familiarity with financial processes, cost allocation logic, reporting systems, APIs, and data platforms.
