We're looking for a Product Manager in the Rewards space to own and evolve how we make players feel valued across their entire journey. This role sits at the heart of player retention, focusing on how we show our players the “love” even in moments when they ”hate” Q.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering reward-driven experiences that deepen engagement, increase loyalty, and drive long-term value. This includes shaping both the emotional and functional sides of rewards, from visible player experiences to the systems that power them behind the scenes.
