Job Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Cross-functional collaboration teams to develop and prioritize the product roadmap, execute ongoing priorities, and align functional requirements and business cases with strategic priorities.
 Communicate product roadmap priorities, rationale, and expectations to various internal and external stakeholders.
 Engage directly with strategic customers and broader Customer Success organization to synthesize the “voice of customer” for product roadmap development.
 Create and maintain artifacts like product overview presentations, roadmap requirements, customer enhancement requests, roadmap ideas.
 Support ongoing strategic initiatives for product and organizational improvements.
