Are you a strategic thinker who loves shaping product direction and mentoring teams? We are looking for a Senior Product Owner & BA Lead to champion our application strategies, drive system backlogs, and lead a pivotal team transformation.

In this role, you won't just manage; you will actively coach and transition a traditional Business Analysis team into a high-performing, hybrid BA/PO unit. You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, working hand-in-hand with Development, QA, and the PMO to ensure seamless, end-to-end application lifecycle delivery.
