Senior Product Manager (Payment Processing)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Design and build a payment processing platform from scratch: core payment flows, transaction lifecycle, routing logic, retries, fallbacks, settlements, refunds, chargebacks Define and own the end-to-end product vision for payment processing, from zero state to a scalable production system Architect payment flows across multiple providers (PSPs, acquirers, banks), including multi-PSP routing, MID management, and failover strategies Own the core gateway logic: authorization, capture, voids, refunds, recurring payments, payouts, callbacks/webhooks Work closely with engineering on system design decisions: APIs, data models, idempotency, reliability, observability Translate business and compliance requirements into clear product and technical specifications Own the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → iteration Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, 3DS, card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), and regulatory requirements...
