We are hiring two Senior Designers to support a complex, enterprise-scale environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing → user flows → interaction patterns → UI → validation)
• Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs
