Systems Analysis Senior Advisor – Product & AutomationJob SummaryThe Systems Analysis Senior Advisor – Product & Automation serves as a senior, hybrid role combining Business Product Ownership, Technical Product Ownership, and Systems Analysis to support automation initiatives within PBM / Benefit Automation. This role is responsible for translating complex business, regulatory, and operational needs into high‑quality technical solutions, while leading delivery execution in partnership with onshore and offshore teams. The ideal candidate operates independently, manages competing priorities, and owns outcomes across the full delivery lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Business AnalysisAct as a Business Product Owner (BPO) for automation initiatives, owning business intent, scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business, operational, and regulatory requirements
