Job Description

This role oversees the Fragrance & Beauty Division, with key responsibilities including monitoring and improving forecasting accuracy, collaborating closely with the Area Retail Manager on wholesale sell-in proposals, serving as the primary liaison for wholesale matters, generating retail reports, and supporting various inventory functions within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Forecast accuracy
Ensure accurate forecasting of Travel retail items to meet inventory KPIs and minimize L&O
Influence on the new product / campaign forecast by working closely with marketing, retail team to ensure enough stocks is planned to support sales and client ambition.
2. Sales & Targets Achievement
Support net sales budget planning by providing accurate monthly sell-in projections and relevant data analysis to enable informed decision-making.
