Responsible for being a liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners and the DSV BTS fulfillment site.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure that all commitments from the various demand planning groups are within the agreed upon product lead timesResolve delays in providing the needed material within the agreed upon timelineManage the lead times of all delivery orders placed on behalf of the customer and report any issues with lead times.Expedite SAP delivery orders to the site with assistance from internal and external partners.Review the customer’s build/ship plans ensuring the plan will meet the commitments based on the delivery dates.Able to identify areas of opportunity to help promote continuous improvement projects by putting together a project plan, proposal, and seeing the project through to completion.Manage dock operati...
