SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for direct and indirect materials and services.
• Analyze quotations and supplier selections.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality assurance and quality, accounts to ensure timely material availability and service requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or invoicing.
• Track and report on cost savings, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
• Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Handle urgent and unplanned procurement needs efficiently.
• Continuously evaluate market trends and alternative suppliers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry....
