(Senior) Procurement Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst for Mehiläinen. This role supports the Group Procurement function and connects the entire organization’s procurement activities across Finland and other European countries.

Responsibilities

• Own the group-level savings tracking methodology and maintain a live, real-time view of procurement performance across categories and business lines.
• Build and maintain spend visibility dashboards and monitoring reports, tracking volume development, price trends, and deviations across categories and suppliers.
• Monitor compliance with procurement operating models, contract adherence, and buying channel usage across business units, surfacing patterns and escalating findings to leadership.
• Develop and maintain procurement sustainability reporting, including supplier code of conduct coverage, Science Based Targets commitments, and CO₂ data for group-level ESG reporting.
