Senior Process Improvement Analyst

The Senior Process Improvement Analyst supports manufacturing and production operations by improving how operational data is collected, processed, and used. The role focuses on production-line data, reporting automation, and process efficiency to ensure accurate information is available for planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position works closely with Data Operations and Manufacturing teams and reports to the Data Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and review manufacturing and production line data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare, clean, and validate operational datasets used for production planning, reporting, and third-party data submissions.
Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced), Power Query, Power BI, and related tools.
Execute data workflows and automation using Power Automate based on defined business requirements.
