About The Role

We are looking for Process Engineers to provide advanced technical leadership and play a critical role in optimizing end‑to‑end operational performance across the site. This position ensures that production systems, processes, and personnel operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.

The base salary range for this role is $103,200.00 – $154,800.00 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto.
