Senior Process Engineer Assembly

Do you have a background in high volume micro-electronic manufacturing, preferably in the area of post-fabrication assembly? Do you have experience in laser processing and other photonic processes, including helping to specify new tools and acceptance testing? Key Tasks

• Develop robust, high yielding and stable laser-based processes operating on structured polymer films at high volume
• Develop innovative, cost-effective equipment in partnership with vendors
• Provide high quality mentoring, leadership and training to engineering, operational and maintenance staff
• Produce effective reports, publications and presentations in a professional manner
