The person in this role is proactive, critical and creative thinker, and is eager to solve problems and share new ideas and solutions. Plans, organizes, and tracks daily work for process development, continuous improvement, and emergency response for production, develops and maintains Technical Group procedures and best practices and direct chemists and engineers in material characterization and process development, process transfer to production and monitoring of processes in the plant.
