Job Title: Senior Process Development Engineer
Job Responsibilities:

- As the Process Industrialization Engineer for NPI projects, design, set up and qualify the Manufacturing Process on time and meeting needed quality performance and Capacity requirements.

- Follow the Philips internal procedure to plan and validate the manufacturing process with needed PV deliverables.

- Plan, prepare and lead pilot run build to support the manufacturing process qualification, including but not limited to WI, Equipment, Material, Man, etc.

- Analysis engineering BOM and set up Manufacturing BOM in SAP.

- Support NMPA and other QMS audit by explaining the PIE owned deliverables and clearly answering PIE related questions from Auditors.
