(Senior) MEMS Process Development Engineer – Cleanroom R&D

We are looking for a hands‑on MEMS Process Development Engineer to join and strengthen our cleanroom R&D team. You will work alongside other Process Development Engineers and collaborate with Design and Test Development Engineers to develop the next generation of MEMS resonators, including process‑driven design rule definition.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time in the cleanroom and developing processes from first principles, not just running predefined recipes.

Your Role

• Develop, optimize, and stabilize MEMS fabrication processes from scratch
• Spend significant time hands‑on in the cleanroom, operating and extending equipment capabilities
• Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate processes independently
• Plan, collect, and analyze process characterization data using SEM, AFM, ellipsometry, and PCM
