Senior Process Consultant - Delivery Excellence

Expereince Required: 5 to 15 years

Location: All LTM locations for the right fit

Provide process consultancy for all projects and BEU Sub functions. Perform risk assessment and Provide delivery early. Perform Process Calibration as per the applicability and criteria defined.

• Drive Project and account level Initiatives, goals and improvements using good understanding of QMS, ISO, CMMI, ITIL and agile frameworks. Govern the risk, opportunities and process improvements identified.
• Plan and conduct audits effectively for moderate to complex projects using sound generic, domain and specialist knowledge necessary for audits.
• Works autonomously to apply analytical skill and ability to synthesize information and data to perform a range of Audit work and achieve desired results and provide insights and recommendations and govern them.
• Provide inputs to update existing process documents effectively and perform reviews
