Senior Process Associate (RPA/ BPM)

•Be able to identify issues and risks and present them to the customer and Evoke stakeholders.

•Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvements or concerns

•Participate in presenting a problem and seeing the problem through the resolution with the Evoke team and customer team
