Senior Principal Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME)

**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco-North America is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in SATCOM enterprise leadership, systems engineering, and DoD portfolio integration to support the evolving needs of the Department of Defense (DoD) Wideband MILSATCOM enterprise. This role will be responsible for assisting in strategic technical guidance and analytical expertise in the acquisition, modernization, and lifecycle management of a diverse portfolio of Wideband ground systems and facilities, ensuring global mission readiness and operational excellence. Daily work is performed as an integrated member of the Space and Ground Systems (SGS) portfolio team, across Wideband SATCOM ground systems including CNPS, WSTARS, WRMS, PCMS and others to enable sustained delivery of critical SATCOM capabilities to DoD stakeholders.
