Senior PQE Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out quality analysis activities and ensure all related procedures are properly implemented and maintained. Support the development, implementation, and certification of the ESD management system. Coordinate with counterparts at factories in China to collect and review lessons learned, including customer complaints, product returns, and findings from internal, third-party, or customer audits; propose and implement corrective and preventive actions as required. Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Quality Manager and assist with tasks assigned by the QA/QE Manager. Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to identify improvement opportunities, propose appropriate quality initiatives, and lead their execution. Conduct internal audits on production lines to ensure full compliance with WTVN quality procedures and standards.
