Senior power systems engineer

Duties and responsibilities will include: Grid impact and grid code compliance studies for power generation projects Power quality assessments/investigations Transmission and Distribution network planning Project management (financial and resource management) Maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying and engaging new clients Essential requirements include: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent) Familiar with, and ability to interpret, typical substation primary and secondary/control plant design drawings Experience of network modelling and analysis in DIg SILENT Power Factory (PSS/E, ETAP or other software packages will also be considered) Experience performing grid code compliance studies, grid impacts studies and/or network planning studies.
