Job Description
Henkel is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer (SME) to act as the primary technical authority for chemical manufacturing processes. You will own and optimize reactor performance, lead complex troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across operations.
As the SME, you will coach operators and engineers, champion process safety management, and collaborate across functions to reduce downtime and improve yields.
