**Description**

SAIC is hiring a SAIC is hiring a **Senior Policy and Management Analyst** . The position will support the Organizational and Management Policy Directorate within the Director of Administration and Management in the Office of Secretary of War (OSW). The individual will aid with tracking, supporting, and/or assessing strategic initiatives, the activities of senior leader decision support bodies, the implementation of organizational governance structures, and the institutionalization of management reforms.

**The role is 100% onsite at the Pentagon.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Analyze mission-related issues and conduct ad hoc research particularly to support the development and review of Department of War (DoW) policies related to organizational governance structures and management reforms.
