About the Position

Acts as the regional single point of contact for P&O administrative processes and services, providing governance, harmonization, performance insight, and transformation leadership across countries/clusters in the region. Ensures delivery teams meet agreed SLAs and comply with global standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process Governance & Harmonization

• Own and maintain the regional catalogue of “hire-to-retire” processes; audit adherence in each country/cluster.
• Review/approve localization requests within guardrails before submission to Global.

Performance Management & Analytics

• Consolidate SLA/KPI data from all countries.
• Identify performance outliers; coordinate root‑cause analysis and track remediation.
• Benchmark regional cost‑to‑serve and continuous improvement contributions.
