Senior PMO – Digital Transformation & AI - Industry 4.0 | Casablanca (Morocco)

- Define and deploy the governance for digital and AI programs;

- Structure and manage the project portfolio, ensuring overall prioritization and consistency;

- Ensure integrated management of planning – budget – risks – value (CAPEX / OPEX tracking, ROI, Management & COMEX reporting);

- Implement management standards, methods, and tools;

- Coordinate project teams and lead management meetings;

- Support the scaling up and industrialization of business cases.

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, management, information systems, or equivalent;

- 5 to 7 years of experience in PMO, project management, or transformation;

- Experience in complex or industrial environments is a plus;
