The Copilot and Agent Ecosystem team is on a mission to integrate intelligent agents into business applications, simplify workflows, and increase productivity. We are looking for a Senior Technical PM Manager to join our team!

Role Summary
Leads teams to identify opportunities and gaps within products or functional areas, fosters division-level connections, and guides cross-team collaboration to design architecture and integrated solutions. Directs teams in defining goals, success criteria, and performance metrics, and orchestrates efforts with internal and external partners to implement processes for cross-functional programs. Partners with technical and business teams to drive the roadmap, manages project schedules using automation and AI, and oversees performance tracking and reporting for continuous improvement. Additionally, manages people, drives employee development, and oversees project execution and performance.
