Senior Platform Operations Analyst

Job Overview:

As a Platform Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining processes that help us operate on a scale.

Work Schedule:

• 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Will work 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday on the first 3 months for training)

• Hybrid

• MAKATI OFFICE: 22F Tower 1, One Ayala Corporate Center, Ayala Ave., Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform manual reconciliation and exceptions research to support customer queries and cross functional teams.
• Provide fast, accurate responses to complex support inquiries from partners
