Senior Plant Operator - Mallard WI

Airswift is seeking a Senior Biogas Plant Operator to support the operation and maintenance of a biogas facility. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance while working closely with operations, contractors, and maintenance teams. Job Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the biogas facility Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to standard Operate, maintain, and optimize gas collection and control systems (GCCS) Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on: Mechanical systems Electrical systems Instrumentation Compressors and related equipment Troubleshoot plant equipment and process issues using a data-driven approach Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and inventory records Support and promote health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance Collaborate with landfill and operations teams to ensure system efficiency Train, mentor, and support the ...
