Role Description
Develop and update detailed finishing schedules using Primavera P6.
Integrate MEP, internal fit-out, and external works into a single coordinated program.
Monitor progress against baseline and control activities on the Critical Path Method.
Coordinate MEP first fix, second fix, and final fix with finishing activities.
Prepare short-term look-ahead plans (2–3 weeks) for execution teams.
Track and resolve constraints (drawings, materials, access, approvals).
Plan and monitor snagging, de-snagging, and testing & commissioning (T&C).
Ensure façade closure and external works align with internal finishing progress.
