General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Review/comment on the Contractors Baseline Schedule and other schedules and report to the Controls Manager. Implement and agree with Contractors on performance measurement criteria (e.g., Earned Value, Weightage, Commodities KPIs) and other schedules and report to the Controls Manager. Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the Contractor's major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate. Raise concerns and report any potential slippage and / or deviation from the critical and longest paths to the Project Controls Manager. Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the CONTRACTORS and ensure manpower and site supervision staff are increased properly.
