The Toowoomba Region is one of Queensland's most dynamic growth areas, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Development Infrastructure and Growth team as a Senior Plan Seal Officer / Senior Technical Officer.

In this pivotal role, you will be Council's technical specialist for all aspects of plan sealing and development engineering compliance. You will provide expert technical advice on development construction, survey plan endorsement, and compliance assessment, ensuring developments are delivered in accordance with approvals, standards, legislation, and Council requirements.

Working closely with developers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in facilitating quality development outcomes while contributing to the sustainable growth of the Toowoomba Region.
