Responsibilities


+ Develop detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas projects and programs

+ Prepare quantity takeoffs from drawings, plans, specifications, and concept documents

+ Build estimate narratives and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation

+ Apply labor, materials, equipment, indirect costs, fees, taxes, and margins to develop complete project cost estimates

+ Review scope changes, contract modifications, and estimate impacts

+ Support vendor and subcontractor pricing efforts

+ Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures

+ Provide guidance to junior estimators and support estimating best practices
