Job Title: Senior Pipeline Estimator
Location: Denver, CO
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote

Responsibilities


+ Prepare detailed cost estimates for Oil & Gas projects and programs

+ Develop quantity takeoffs from drawings, plans, specifications, and concept documents

+ Build estimate narratives and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation

+ Apply labor, materials, equipment, indirect costs, fees, taxes, and margins to develop complete project cost estimates

+ Review scope changes, contract modifications, and estimate impacts

+ Support vendor and subcontractor pricing efforts

+ Review estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures

+ Provide guidance to junior estimators and support estimating best practices
