 Job Description:  Requirement/Must Have: 
 High school diploma or equivalent. 
 Strong phlebotomy skills including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
 Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and established procedures. 
 Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience. 
 Experience in a patient service center environment preferred. 
 Customer service experience in a retail or service setting preferred. 
 Responsibilities: Collect blood specimens following established clinical and forensic procedures. 
 Prepare specimens accurately for laboratory testing. 
 Verify patient identification and specimen labeling in the presence of the patient.
