 Pay Range: $22.24hr - $24hr The Phlebotomist II is responsible for performing blood draws and specimen collection while ensuring accuracy, patient safety, and compliance with established procedures. 
 This role includes preparing, processing, and storing specimens, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional and courteous patient interaction in a fast-paced laboratory or clinical environment. 
 Responsibilities: Perform blood draws and specimen collection following established procedures. 
 Label specimens accurately and process them as required, including centrifuging, splitting, freezing, and storage. 
 Properly explain venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures to patients in a clear and courteous manner. 
 Demonstrate correct techniques using straight needles and butterfly needles. 
 Ensure full understanding and compliance with physician orders.
