The Phlebotomist II – Float serves as the face of the organization to patients and is responsible for performing blood specimen collection and processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. This role creates a positive patient experience by building trust, explaining procedures clearly, and maintaining confidentiality. The position may support a doctor’s office, patient service center, or multiple locations based on business needs. Responsibilities: Perform daily phlebotomy activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times. Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
