Job Description

Responsibilities

• To understand and carry out pharmaceutical care in line with Vision and mission, Core Values, Goals and objective that suit the scope of the Pharmacy services and the hospital.
• To understand the service organization structure.
• To supervise all subordinates and coordinate activities and to assist in preparing duty roster for pharmacy staffs.
• To stand in for Chief Pharmacist / Pharmacist when they are not available in areas permitted by law.
• To help in training and guide new pharmacy assistants, staffs and students.
• To attend meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
• To be the first liner in all dispensing duties which include: Screening and order entry of prescriptions/ drug charts.
