An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking registered Pharmacy Technician to join the Medicines Optimisation team at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Pharmacy Technician.This ward-based role focuses on supporting the safe and effective use of medicines throughout a patients hospital journey, from admission through to discharge. Working closely with Clinical Pharmacists, nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in medicines reconciliation, discharge planning, patient counselling and improving patient outcomes through high-quality medicines optimisation services.The successful candidate must be registered with the GPhC and committed to continuing professional development.
