Senior Personnel Resource Manager

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leads the execution of workforce planning initiatives and coordinates the tracking of staffing metrics across multi-functional departments.
+ Validate the accuracy of personnel data and authorize the release of talent acquisition requisitions to maintain organizational readiness.
+ Monitor performance against staffing baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex hiring goals.
+ Executes strategic staffing oversight for the 900-position ILS2 program across the Indo-Pacific theater.
+ Validate the technical accuracy of personnel requirements and lead the tracking of staffing milestones within the talent acquisition lifecycle.
