Job Description

DescriptionThe Senior People Operations Analyst will join Dorado Software Group and support the operational backbone of the People function for a global portfolio of software companies on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the Director of People Operations. 

NedGraphics and Optitex have teams around the world including North America, South America, EMEA, Middle East, India, and APAC. The Senior People Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining HR systems and data integrity, coordinating payroll across multiple jurisdictions, executing onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting the broader People team with reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

Location: Remote - North America (East Coast)
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Director of People Operations 
Employment Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
