Senior People & Capability Advisor

We’re looking for a Senior People & Capability Advisor to be our in‑house expert and trusted partner. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping how Co‑Lab grows and matures as an organisation—partnering with leaders to build capability, embed our values, and ensure our people strategy supports the future of council collaboration.

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you’ll have a broad remit – from recruitment and employment relations through to remuneration and organisational development. This role balances hands‑on delivery with strategic influence in a small, agile organisation.
